Great for children who are already independent sleepers with a small issue or returning clients. It does NOT include a sleep plan. It includes one week of email support within the hours of: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and 9:00am-2:00pm Saturday (EST).​


 

2 Weeks of Email and Text Support

-  A detailed sleep plan that includes two methods you can choose from, science behind sleep, schedules, safe sleep information, how to deal with tantrums around sleep if you have a toddler, and any other relevant information for your situation.

 

- Sleep log through Google Drive to keep track of progress.

 

- 2 weeks of email and text support within the hours of: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and 9:00am-2:00pm Saturday (EST).

 

- A guide at the end of our time for moving forward and any other applicable guides.

My Philosophy

My goal is making you feel comfortable and confident with sleep moving forward. We'll change the habits that are no longer serving you and your family. No child sleeps perfectly everyday, just like no adult does. So I want you to be able to not stress about sleep when days are off. Sleep is a necessity. So I believe improving the quality of sleep for you and your family shouldn't come with a high price tag.
